The Global Frontline Partnership Field Advice Pack is developed jointly and intended as a directional planning guide for HP and Microsoft regional alliance teams, to communicate our Alliance FY12 (July 2011 to June 2012) strategy and align us under a common understanding of the following:
- Joint HP & Microsoft priorities, focus go-to-markets, and solutions including revenue targets and funding allocations
- Key joint initiatives including revenue targets and funding allocations for the initiatives
- Partner Solution Plans (Microsoft Partner planning tool - HP solution plans to land initiatives in the Field)
The Global Field Advice Pack should provide a foundation on which you can work collaboratively with your HP or MSFT colleague to build your regional, country, and local plans to execute against our joint commitments in Alliance FY12 (July 2011 to June 2012).
Please contact your Frontline Partnership Regional/Time Zone Lead for more details as needed (e.g. resources and funding).
